Z GURME RESTORAN GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. PRIVACY POLICY FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), this Privacy Policy has been drafted with the aim of enlightening the data owners regarding the procedures and principles on the processing of personal data of employee candidates who apply for a job to Z Gurme Restoran Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company").

1. Purpose and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data Personal data collected from employee candidates shall be processed
   within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, limited to the following purposes:

Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

2. Parties to whom Personal Data may be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Personal data collected from employee candidates may be shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, as specified in the table below:

3. Method of Personal Data Collection Personal data shall be collected from employee candidates during job applications via e-mail, website, electronic or physical forms.
4. Retention Period of Personal Data

Our Company will store personal data for the period required by the above-mentioned processing purposes. In addition, in the event of any dispute that may arise, our Company will be able to store your personal data limited to the purpose of realizing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and for the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.

5. Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of These Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects shall be entitled to

• Learn whether personal data has been processed,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, even though the data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• Demand the compensation of the damage, in case of any damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

These rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days if they are communicated by the data owners by means of communicating their personal data through the methods specified under the Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Z Gurme Restoran Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. located at Levazım Mh. Vali caddesi No:2 Zorlu Center, 34340, Beşiktaş. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
